The biomea alumni community strives to maintain strong ties with their alma mater and fellow graduates while making significant contributions to the development and progress of the biomedical sciences study program.

The purpose of Biomea
Firstly, we believe in making the importance of biomedical sciences clear to society. We do this by sharing the impact of our alumni's research, demonstrating this dynamic field's significance and relevance.
Secondly, we support our alumni and students by organizing various activities that facilitate their growth and development. These include alumni lectures and workshops, sharing internships organized by alumni, and collaborating closely with the Faculty of Medicine and Sciences at Hasselt University. Our aim is to create a robust community of alumni and students who can learn from one another and support each other's professional growth.

Finally, we believe in the power of networking events. Our alumni association wants to organize a range of activities that bring together alumni and students, including career expos, company visits, and social events like "Meet your Alumni". These events provide opportunities for networking, and professional development, all of which are essential for building a successful career in biomedical sciences.
